Refund policy
At Shay Int., we want you to love every piece you purchase. While we do not offer returns or cash refunds, we are happy to facilitate exchanges under the following conditions:
Exchange Window
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligible Items
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all Shay Int. tags attached.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges for swimwear.
- Footwear and occasional wear can only be within 4 days.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email our Customer Care team at shayint.onlinesales@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
- Once approved, send the item back to us at your expense.
- We will inspect the returned item and dispatch your exchange within 3–5 working days.
Important Notes
- Any damaged, altered, or soiled items will not be accepted for exchange.
- Please include proof (photo) if the item is damaged or incorrect.
