Welcome to Shay Int. By accessing or using our website (www.shayint.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General
Shay Int. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
All content, images, and text on this website are the property of Shay Int. and may not be reproduced without permission.
2. Products & Availability
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. However, Shay Int. cannot guarantee that all details are error-free.
Products are subject to availability, and Shay Int. reserves the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without prior notice.
3. Ordering & Payment
Orders can be placed via the website or official Shay Int. sales channels.
Payment must be completed at the time of order. We accept all payment methods indicated at checkout.
Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 2–3 working days. Delivery timeframes are:
Colombo: 2–4 working days
Outside Colombo: 3–7 working days
Delivery charges are displayed at checkout.
Shay Int. is not responsible for delays due to courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Exchanges & Final Sale Items
All items can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Items marked “Final Sale – Size Exchange Only” are eligible only for size exchange, subject to availability. No refunds or store credit.

with your order number and item details. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
6. Returns & Refunds
Shay Int. does not offer returns or cash refunds. Only exchanges are allowed as described above.
7. Product Quality & Warranty
All items are quality-checked before dispatch.
If a product is received with a fault, contact us at shayint.onlinesales@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will assist in resolving the issue.
Items damaged through normal wear, accidents, misuse, or incorrect care are not considered faulty.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, images, and written content are owned by Shay Int. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Shay Int. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
